Fingerprinting Services:
We are certified by the State of California, Office of the Attorney General, Department of Justice Fingerprint Rolling Certification program to roll applicant fingerprint impressions for licensure, certification, and employment purposes. These are "ink fingerprint" cards which are often required for members of education, medical, child care, law enforcement and security services.
Required Identification:
For any signature notarization, each signer must present one of the following valid photo ID cards, which must be current or have been issued within the past 5 years:
* Driver's license issued by California or any other U.S. state
* ID card issued by California or any other U.S. state
* Senior citizen ID card issued by California
* United States passport (does not require physical description)
* Foreign passport, stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
* U.S. Military ID card (must have photo, description, signature, serial number)
NOTE: Social Security cards are not a valid form of ID.
Apostille & Authentication Services:
An Apostille, pronounced: "ah-po-steel,” is the name for specialized documents or certificates issues by the State of California. An Apostille is a certificate issued by the California Secretary of State that proves the authenticity of a public official signature and seal. The Apostile is typically attached to a notarized document as proof of authentication when that document is being sent to a another country which abides by the Hague Convention.

Mobile services in the Bay Area make this service hassle-free. We will travel to the appropriate government facility on your behalf, stand in line, complete any and all applications, pay the Authentication and Apostille fee, and ensure everything is properly completed.
